What this website does
Bexley Subsidence operates a network of independent, vetted subsidence specialists. The website exists to connect homeowners across south east London with qualified specialist companies that handle subsidence diagnosis and repair. By submitting an enquiry through this site you agree that your details may be passed to one or more such specialist companies who may then contact you by phone, email or SMS regarding your enquiry.
What this website does not do
We do not carry out structural work, surveys, drainage repairs or any building work on properties. We have no engineers, no field staff and no premises open to visitors. Any contract for work is formed directly between you and the specialist company you choose to engage. We are not a party to that contract.
No warranty on third-party work
We make reasonable efforts to admit specialists who are insured, experienced and qualified. We do not give any warranty as to the work, pricing, timing, accreditations or outcome delivered by any specialist company in the network. Once the lead has been passed, the relationship between you and that company is yours to manage.
Acceptable use of the site
The site is for genuine enquiries from property owners or their authorised representatives. You agree not to submit fraudulent enquiries, not to scrape the site, not to attempt to overload the form or systems, and not to use the site to send unlawful or abusive content.
Brand clarity and identity
Nothing on this site implies that you are contracting with, accredited by or endorsed by any named manufacturer, trade body or certification scheme unless we have stated such a relationship explicitly and can evidence it. The trading name "Bexley Subsidence" refers only to this specialist network.
Intellectual property
All text, photography, illustrations and code on this website belong to the site operator unless credited otherwise. You may not copy, republish or redistribute any of it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from the work of any specialist company in the network, or from any reliance on information published on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when the most recent change took effect.
